If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase our 7 day return policy allows you to have plenty of time considering your purchase. You can rest easy knowing you have chosen wisely with such a time frame in place. Follow the steps bellow for a successful process:
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered by Sam Daimonds NY and you will be sent a return shipping label to post on package.
Please Note: Unfortunately, we charge a 10% restocking fee on all merchandise returned or exchanged (a competitive price compared to most competitors.)
Please Note: SamDiamondsNY will not be responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our Quality Inspection team must confirm the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 7-day period. All items must arrive back at SamDiamondsNY in their original condition.

To initiate a return, customers MUST contact our returns department to receive a Return Authorization Number.

Packages sent back to Sam Diamonds NY without a return authorization number present will be refused upon arrival.

We insure that our shipping services go through the proper measures to insure that your products are delivered safely.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a couple of days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund onto your statement.
